I know, I've posted Toothless so many times, but she's officially without front teeth now!

Thinking of Summer

I guess I'm dreaming of those warm, Summer days that are just a memory right now...I pulled out the pictures from the county fair after seeing the new release by Greener Grass Designs (GGD). You will find GGD in two new shops this week, but more about that when I have some more info!

Luke's 11th

Luke is now officially ELEVEN! He wanted a Mario themed party this year.

So, we hooked him up!

This is the pinata, made to look like a brick from the Mario games.

And, of course, no party would be complete without a teensy-tiny

mushroom & a fire flower! HA!

Jesse picked out mustaches for the kids to make them look

more like Mario. I love it!

The cake! Jello poke cake!

Gee, he matured fast (I crack myself up)....blowing out the candles.

Snowmaggedon Pages

Two pages I completed for the Greener Grass Creative Team.

Our snow is starting to compact and not look so overwhelming! Spring is around the corner (I'm trying to convince myself).....

Snow Storm!

I'm sure you've heard by now that MI was pummeled with a good old fashioned blizzard. Our road was almost drifted shut even before the snow began to fall due to the high winds. We spent Wednesday cuddled up in the house! After it all ended, the sun was shining and we ventured out to inspect the drifts.

Maggie and I walked into this one and it was literally up to my knees!

Gotta love that!

This was the biggest drift we found, just outside our back door.

Koko insisted on exploring with us. She's so tiny amidst the big chunks of snow. I had to carry her a few times. She hopped like a rabbit to get thru in our footprints.

They used the big drift pictured above to dig a tunnel. Luke said it was in honor of Groundhog's Day! I think Maggie is MUCH cuter than Punxsutawney Phil! :)

We have a plowed road and driveway (thanks to our wonderful neighbors) and Jesse is back to work today. I love the purity of the snow, it's gorgeous!

Tooth

One less tooth graces Maggie's smile as of last night. After weeks of the hillbilly tooth (turned sideways and protruding), she let me pull it out for her! We had to numb it with some ice and with a little persuasion, it popped out!

She put it in her piggy bank (haha). You can tell she is a little bit teary-eyed here. This was immediately after we pulled it out. The other front one is loose, so I'm sure it will be just a matter of time. I love the way she sounds now, too! :)
